Joney520：忘了出题。:) 发财，英文用make a fortune比较好些。因为come into是“得到，获取”的意思，come into a good fortune表示发了横财。例：She comes into a pretty good fortune from the insurance because she is a beneficiary of a settlement of airliner tragedy. （她得到了一大匹财富，因为她是一次空难事故补偿的受益人。） 用make a fortune，例：Investing in Casinos in Macao can easily be recovered in part because the people addicted to gambling are always dreaming of making a fortune by throwing their lives' dice. 曾在15楼出过题目：元宵。今天是应节，所以留待现在解释。 元宵作为民间节日，因无对应的英文意义借用，所以无固定英译。有人曾解作“中国情人节”，实为牵强附会，故无法传扬。如授以元宵节上的花灯为话题，倒是可以译为 Fancy Lantern Festival（彩灯节），或 Lantern Carnival (嘉年华灯会)。但以我个人的见解，我倒是愿意把它简称为 Spring 15（春节十五日）。道理如同美国国庆--独立日，被简称为 July 4（七月四日）一样。 新春至此，这个游戏告一段落，本人不再出题，但如有他人续兴，我可以作解答和赠庆。 Happy Spring 15!（元宵节快乐！） 谆者的签名档 |
