发财，英文用make a fortune比较好些。因为come into是“得到，获取”的意思，come into a good fortune表示发了横财。例：She comes into a pretty good fortune from the insurance because she is a beneficiary of a settlement of airliner tragedy. （她得到了一大匹财富，因为她是一次空难事故补偿的受益人。）

用make a fortune，例：Investing in Casinos in Macao can easily be recovered in part because the people addicted to gambling are always dreaming of making a fortune by throwing their lives' dice. (在澳门投资赌业容易翻本，其中原因有赌瘾的人总是梦想用他们的命运作注，发大财。)

春联：Spring's calligraphy in couple

英文没有对联这种艺术形式，但也有好事者硬要玩一下。如下：

Time is a vexation, comes up rocks n rolls. （时尽艰哉，岁月蹉跎事事侯。）
Life is a struggle, has 2 steps by 1 step. （生多难也，江湖谨慎步步营。）
